Fees can vary depending on funding you may be eligible to access. Please contact us to discuss your situation and receive an individualised quote.

National Disability Insurance Scheme

(NDIS)

At Learn and Thrive Therapy we can work with NDIS participants on self-managed and plan-managed NDIS plans.
The clinic has facilities for families to make electronic payment for their session on the day. This is a requirement for all families who are self-managing their NDIS funding.

Medicare

There are several options for accessing medicare funding :

    • Chronic Disease Management Plan (Item number: 10958)

    • Follow-up Allied Health Services for people of Aboriginal or Torres Strait Islander descent (Item number: 81330)

Please note that we do not Bulk Bill.  These Medicare programs provide a rebate but do not cover the entire cost of service and there is a gap fee that will need to be paid.

Referrals

We accept referrals from all sources, including directly from participants, GP's, specialists, paediatricians, other health professionals and NDIS coordinators of support.

Please note- participants must provide their consent to be referred to Learn and Thrive Therapy.
